In the initial stages of meeting a woman, there comes a point when YOU HAVE TO MAKE YOUR INTENTIONS CLEAR. If you don't, you'll wind up in the L.J.B.F. (let's just be friends) zone. What you are doing right is that you obviously make the women feel comfortable around you. It also seems like they enjoy your company otherwise they wouldn’t wish to be friends with you at all.
This is important: When you first meet a woman you do not want to let her know that you really like her. It’s a value game. If you have the greater perceived value – she will pursue you. Yet if she thinks that she has the greater value – she’ll make you work. And believe it or not a lot of guys miss this point (MOST guys aren’t the players that they make themselves out to be). In the beginning, just be a guy that’s interesting (read mysterious), funny and exciting.
I have a friend who always found himself in the same situation as you. After awhile I just laughed at him because he kept making the same mistakes over and over again. He would listen to the women talk for hours and hours and try to help them solve their problems. Women do not want you to help them solve their problems. They just want you to listen to them complain about their problems. Contrary to what a woman tells you, DO NOT BE FRIENDS WITH HER FIRST. If you do, you will be her friend for life.
Know this: when you can tell that she feels comfortable with you, subtly make your romantic intentions clear (in future articles, I’ll share ways to handle all of these situations). If you pay close attention, you’ll notice at some point, if she likes you, she’ll actually “ask” you what your intentions are. What has been happening is that you haven’t been picking up on her inquiries and when you don’t express a romantic interest, her only option is to put you in the LJBF zone.
